Rewiring Your Brain for Focus...

The question you're probably asking yourself is, "How do you actually do all of this?"

And, if it's not a series of tips and tricks or some magical piece of new whiz-bang technology that is going to improve your ability to focus, then what?

This increased plasticity improves the functioning of our pre-frontal cortex and gives us enhanced malleability that helps us cultivate and sustain new habits and, therefore, our ability to focus.
