Tonglen Meditation, also known as compassion meditation, is an ancient form of meditation that allows you to focus on connecting with your inner and outward expression of compassion. The practice transforms emotions that surface from suffering or misery into love and compassion. Inhale pain, exhale love. This natural compassion you tap into during this meditation feelings associated with suffering – reflect on what else you can apply this idea to in your daily life.
